Our family had an amazing time, especially enjoying the spacious and comfortable family room. The breakfast was a delightful spread, and we loved the friendly staff who went out of their way to ensure we had what we needed. Proximity to Bruges made our outings easy.

My kids wished there was an indoor play area for them to enjoy during downtime.

I was blown away by how spacious my room was! The bathroom was a dream with both a delightful bathtub and a sleek walk-in shower. Plus, the comfy bed made for some of the best sleep I've had in ages!

The breakfast offered a decent selection, but I found it to be a bit pricey at €16. The hotel had a good location, close enough to Bruges for exploring without the chaos of the city center. However, there were renovations happening during my visit, which created a bit of a disturbance. The temporary reception setup was confusing and not very appealing. I also felt that the dining options could be improved, as they felt somewhat overpriced for the quality. Overall, it has great potential once the renovations are complete.

The bathroom door design was a comedy of errors—navigating that felt like an Olympic sport! And don't get me started on the bar staff. they made me wish for a good ol' drink-free evening.
